These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tab Master, a product operated by Aperca LLC.

1. Service scope

Tab Master provides account-based synchronization for saved browser tab groups from the Tab Master extension.

• Account registration and authentication
• Cloud storage and retrieval of synced tab group data
• Password reset and account security workflows

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.

• Use accurate registration information.
• Keep your password confidential.
• Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or infrastructure.

• No unauthorized access attempts, abuse, or disruption of service.
• No unlawful content or use that violates applicable law.
• No attempts to reverse engineer or compromise security controls.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for operations, maintenance, or security.

5. Data and backups

You are responsible for maintaining local backups of important browsing workflows. Cloud sync is provided on a best-effort basis.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
